Classic Game Room presents a CGRundertow video game review of Doom for the Super Nintendo. id Software's highly influential first-person shooter classic has been ported to numerous operating systems and consoles, including this SNES version released in 1995. Translating the 3d open world of Phobos to the 16-bit platform was no easy task, as there are a lot of technical shortcomings in this version if you compare it to the original on PC or other recent ports such as the one on Xbox Live Arcade (XBLA).
