NOTE Jean Goldkette was a France-born jazz pianist and self-proclaimed bandleader, who rather hired the musicians than, actually led the band, which was holding his name. In 1920s, his orchestra recorded series of sides under the name "Goldkette's Book-Cadillac Orchestra" taken from the Book-Cadillac Hotel in Detroit, where it performed in that time.
