Quietly waiting to be pulled from a sewer system, Jeampier Silvera Arteta was the focus of a rescue operation.
After being missing for a day, the three year old was discovered alive after a second search of the construction site area where he'd been playing in the Colombian city of Barranquilla.
The small child was taken to hospital for medical treatment.
