Draghi Says ECB Won't Replace Bailout Packages, Fed Stops Short of Offering New Monetary Stimulus

The European Central Bank President Mario Draghi said on Thursday that while the ECB is prepared to actively intervene in the rescue of the European markets, it wouldn't replace any bail-out packages.
