There's a city full of adventurers out there, and surrounding areas full of dungeons. But, instead of getting your own hands dirty, you're instead going to enable those around you... and make a buck in the process. And you're gonna need to make plenty of bucks, because you're in debt over your head and about to lose the house. There's a Robot Ninja Haggleman joke to be made here, but I don't know exactly how to make it work.
