[RBSP] Launch Scrubbed Due to Range Issue

Today's launch of NASA's RBSP was scrubbed due to an issue with the C-Band tracking beacon on the vehicle. It is unclear yet whether the issue is with the beacon on the vehicle or the range tracking equipment.

Launch has been rescheduled for August 25th 2012 at 08:07 UTC, The launch window spans 20 minutes.
