Mali Islamist group seizes key town

An Algerian diplomat who was kidnapped several months ago has reportedly been killed in an area of Mali controlled by separatists. Much of the country remains outside government rule after increased attacks by rebel groups. Al Jazeera's Hashem Ahelbarra reports.
