Airline Passengers Fight Over Reclining Seat - as part of the news series by GeoBeats.

Remember your last international flight and how much you enjoyed the spacious seating? Ofcourse not!

What one man decided to do during a long flight has surely been considered by others.

On a Swiss International flight from Zurich to Beijing, the 57-year-old man reportedly became annoyed after a 27-year-old passenger in front of him reclined his seat. The older man had allegedly been drinking alcohol and when the younger male didn’t respond to his complaints, a physical brawl broke out. The plane was forced to turn around, after being in flight for 6 hours.

The two were arrested once they returned to Zurich and they may be facing a future lawsuit by the airline.

Last summer, a similar incident occurred on a United Airlines flight from Washington D.C. to Ghana. Shortly before 11 P.M., a fight escalated between two passengers when one of them reclined his seat onto the lap of another man. A fist-fight ensued, forcing the plane to turn around.
