Paper Mario: Sticker Star Launches Franchise Portably (Interview) - PAX Prime 2012

Mario captured the love of gamers in paper form back in 2000 when the original Paper Mario debuted on the Nintendo 64. Not expected to turn into a franchise, Paper Mario has had three successful releases on the Nintendo 64, GameCube, and Wii, and the franchise is not ending there. Paper Mario: Sticker Star, releasing November 11th exclusively on Nintendo's 3DS, will mark the first handheld Paper Mario experience where players will collect stickers needed to solve puzzles and advance through the game.

Let's face it, whenever a new Mario approaches launch, gamers around the world celebrate in excitement as our favorite plumber takes on his next adventure. During PAX Prime 2012, Raychul and I caught up with Krysta Yang, Public Relations Specialist at Nintendo, to speak on the conversion to a handheld platform and what the focus on stickers will bring to gamers.
