Arrival of Boeing 747 for Shuttle Endeavour

The specially modified Boeing 747 called the Shuttle Carrier Aircraft (SCA) touched down at Kennedy Space Center today, September 11th 2012 at 21:05 UTC. The SCA has arrived to pick up Shuttle Endeavour and fly her to her final home of Los Angeles.
Shuttle Endeavour will leave Kennedy Space Center for the final time attached atop the SCA on September 17th 2012.
