Diamond push ups ( knees position )

This variation of the "diamond pushup" is performed on bent knees so as to favor slower and more accurate exercise since the higher weight of the normal pushup could penalize movement.
Hands positioned in a diamond/pyramid shape especially work the central part of the pectoral muscles like few other exercises do.

Instructions:

1 -- On your knees with your arms semi-bent and bust straight, place your hands on the floor to form a diamond/pyramid with your fingers, parallel to your pectoral muscles.

2 -- Without arching your back, slower lower your bust to the floor until your pectoral muscles touch your hands. While lowering, try not to bend your elbows outward.

3 -- Contracting your pectoral muscles and pushing with your arms, return to the initial position.
