Prince of Persia: The Forgotten Sands review. Classic Game Room presents a CGRundertow review of Prince of Persia: The Forgotten Sands for Playstation 3. The Prince of Persia returns, this time with a whole new story that connects Sands of Time and Warrior Within. The Prince is sent to study war under his brother, but while there his brother unleashes an unspeakable evil and the Prince must fight to correct the wrong and survive. The game uses the classic Prince of Persia platforming, puzzles and combat, only this time with some new twists. The Prince now has the power to freeze water which he will use for platforming. The combat however is disappointing, focusing on large scale fights rather than precision. This is a good Prince of Persia game, only it doesn't capture the greatness of previous entries.
