Call of Duty: Declassified Dated, PlayStation Plus Offers Stellar Weekly Update, and Jet Set Radio Vita Delayed - Nick's Gaming View Episode #83

Coming up today on Nick’s Gaming View, Call of Duty: Declassified officially dated, PlayStation Plus members set to receive abundance of free and timed-exclusive content, and anticipated PlayStation Vita release delayed, THIS IS NICK’S GAMING VIEW!
Hello everyone and welcome to Nick’s Gaming View, you are here with your host, Nick McCandless. Call of Duty: Declassified, Activision’s introduction of the Call of Duty franchise on PlayStation Vita, has officially received a North American release date after recent publicity, both positive and negative, in regards to the upcoming software release. Launching alongside Call of Duty: Black Ops II on November 13 th , Call of Duty: Declassified will offer a bonus to those who purchase the portable shooter in North America. Included as a free download, adopters will receive the PSP release, Call of Duty: Roads to Victory taking players back more than five years. For those who have yet to adopt the PlayStation Vita, Sony and Activision have teamed up together offering a PlayStation Vita System Bundle including: a Wi-Fi only PlayStation Vita, 4 GB Memory Card, and a copy of Call of Duty: Declassified. With Activision admitting to a primary focus on multiplayer, it should be interesting to see how the franchise’s debut on the Vita turns out, but I’m certainly excited about seeing how it turns out.
Continuing on PlayStation Vita, Sega’s action-packed platformer, Jet Set Radio, has officially been pushed back due to “necessary development optimizations”. Originally scheduled to release this week on PlayStation Vita, Jet Set Radio has acquired a large amount of hype for its portable release, but as I’m sure many of you feel, its better to release later rather than delivering a broken software title.
Finishing off on a more positive note, subscribers of PlayStation’s premium online service, PlayStation Plus, are in for a treat starting today. PAYDAY: The Heist, the downloadable co-operative first-person shooter published by Sony Online Entertainment and released last year, is now officially free for a short time for those subscribed to PlayStation Plus. Along with the inclusion of PAYDAY: The Heist at no cost, the highly anticipated Sony Santa Monica release, The Unfinished Swan, will be available as an early access exclusive for PlayStation Plus subscribers along with exclusive access within the PlayStation All Stars Battle Royale beta. One hell of a deliverance for just one week’s worth of content if you ask me, so if you have yet to subscribe to PlayStation Plus, what are you waiting for?
