LoL Summoner Info - Neat In-Game Tool !

Neat tool called LoL Summoner Info where you can open a window up in game to see current ELO of summoners, MAX elo, champion KDA, champion stats, main roles, normal wins, etc!
HOW TO INSTALL:
Installation is pretty self-explanatory, in order to use it you simply need to make sure that the correct root-directory is set (turns green) and you're playing in either borderless or windowed mode (which you probably do anyways cause of the stream). After the end of the loading screen you can simply pop it up with your hotkey (default caps). Additionally for the stream you need to make sure that overlays are captured (Settings - Screen -- Capture Layered Windows).
