TranZit Zombies: Deadshot Daiquiri Permanent Perk Unlock from Headshots?

There has been some discussion on another permanent perk unlock relating to headshots so I logged into my NGT_MW2 Road to Commander account on PS3 to try and figure it out. Looks like you need about 80 headshots in a game to unlock...but does it give you a permanent perk similar to Deadshot Daquiri? Not sure, but the green glow and sound is exactly the same as what occurred when we unlocked permanent Quick Revive. What do you guys think?
