Seattle Seahawks starting cornerbacks, Richard Sherman and Brandon Browner, face a four-game suspension for allegedly violating the NFL's performance-enhancing drug policy.

According to league sources, both players tested positive for PEDs, rumored to be adderall. Isn't that what rich teenagers take to help them study?

Both Brandon Browner and Richard Sherman are appealing the suspension, claiming that they are innocent. Sherman even tweeted his innocence, "This is issue will be resolved soon and the truth will come out. Not worried." so we know it's true, right? According to ESPN the appeal could be addressed as early as this week.

A suspension for the Seattle Seahawks could be potentially devastating at this point of the season. Even though the Seahawks lost (24-21) to a narrow victory from the Miami Dolphins, they still have a chance at nabbing the NFC wild-card spot. Interestingly enough, the Seahawks (6-5) are in a battle with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers (6-5) for the final spot. Why is this interesting? The Buccaneers also had two starting cornerbacks suspended due to PEDs, specifically adderall.

Next week, the Seahawks face-off against the Chicago Bears, but without their starting cornerbacks a victory seems further off in the distance.
