Kachin rebels say Myanmar ignoring ceasefire

Separatist rebels in Myanmar say the government has alunched another attack on its fighters in the north.

They say the army has broken a truce in Kachin state.

Myanmar's president Thein Sein insists the government still wants to hold peace talks with the rebels.
