Step 1: Find the Diamond Knife and buy it
Step 2: Find the Axe and buy it (you must buy the diamond knife first)
Step 3: Find the key to the Gallery in the Basement
Step 4: Find all 6 Amulet pieces scattered around the map
Step 5: Open the 50k door and there will be the Password to the gift and the Buyable Ending
