On the dawn of the Nintendo 3DS public launch in the US, an African-American male was unnecessarily harassed by Best Buy Security and New York police. A situation that could have been easily avoided if the coward-like security of Best Buy asked the gentleman why he was standing in front of the store as thousands do for other major releases.
