CGR Undertow - TALES OF SYMPHONIA review for Nintendo GameCube
  • 11 years ago
Tales of Symphonia review. Classic Game Room presents a CGR Undertow review of Tales of Symphonia for the Nintendo GameCube, developed by Namco Tales Studio and published by Namco. The GameCube wasn't the system for RPG lovers, at least for the most part. But when this game was released, a sigh of relief was exhaled from all GCN RPG fans worldwide. Tales of Symphonia made waves in the mid 2000s for being on the best role-playing experiences available. With memorable characters, an exciting battle system, and a decent story, Symphonia not only delivered on expectations, it shattered them. Players join Lloyd and Collette on a journey to regenerate their dying world and stop the evil Desians from cultivating humans in their ranches. What starts as a quest to save one world turns into a journey to save two in one of the most enjoyable RPG experiences on any console. This video review features video gameplay footage of Tales of Symphonia for the Nintendo GameCube and audio commentary from Classic Game Room's Jonathan.
