Some of the most interesting cars at the New York Auto Show are the concepts. These are cars not necessarily intended for production, but instead are meant to drive innovation in terms of style and performance. We took a look around the 2013 New York International Auto Show to find some of the hottest concept cars that may be driving what ends up in showrooms across the world.The HCD-14 Genesis from Hyandai is the premium sedan that defines concept and design. Optical recognition and electric power steering is an example of the high tech innovation. The suicide doors, add dram, while the milled wood interior gives the vehicle a clean futuristic feel.3The Acura NSX concept is built on the idea of providing the ultimate driving experience. The sport hybrid has a SH-AWD three Motor, and a V-6 engine with two electric motors driving the front wheels. The model is expected to cost north of $100,000, and it is due to begin production in two years.The Subaru WRX is a styling concept that kept their signature blue coloring without going too far into the idea of a concept. The model shows what the Subaru customers want and expect. The roof is entirely constructed of carbon fiber, to reduce weight and increase stability.And their huge 20 inch BBS wheels look ready to hit the roads.
