Minecraft: Ultra Hardcore Survival | Map 2, Dumb and Dumber

The objective is to create 1 block each of Diamond, Gold, Emerald, Lapis and Iron. We're playing on Hardcore mode, at the highest server difficulty level, 3. Super easy to die, 1 Creeper explosion, 2-3 hits from a Mob, starvation, or falling off a cliff. The game is over if one of us dies.
