There are not many great Adderall alternatives OTC. I have looked everywhere and Addrena is the best natural ADD/ADHD Pill. There are many Adderall alternatives however most of them have been made illegal so the only things left for energy are coffee and energy drinks. Addrena has a drug-like effect which many other products do not have because they do not contain nootropics or herbal stimulants. After trying Addrena I figured out that what I really needed was a powerful stack to really get that drug-like feeling. I take two tablets at a time every now and then and for an Adderall alternative over the counter I can feel overly stimulated.
Many posts from people that I have read on bodybuilding message boards say like like to take two Addrena tablets at once but a lot of those guys are over 200lb so they can handle it better than I can.
I recommend starting Addrena at a low dose, maybe even half a tablet, then work your way up to what suits you. Many people think it is not strong just because it is an Adderall alternative OTC but it is definitely very strong!
