Astal, one of the first games released for the Sega Saturn, tells the story of a gruff kid with a bad haircut and his quest to rescue his sister. This being the beginning of the 5th console generation, though, Astal was able to integrate things like full-motion animatated cutscenes, visuals designed to underline the hardware's capability. It also boasts one of the earliest implementations of asymmetrical co-op multiplayer, with a second player able to control Astal's little bird pal.
