Danny Phantom: The Ultimate Enemy is a side-scrolling action game based on the Nickelodeon animated series Danny Phantom. Players play as Danny himself! The game begins with a dark, evil Danny tearing through things like he's dark and evil. Which he is. Turns out some dastardly villains are trying to get Danny to turn to the dark side. Sounds familiar. Danny Phantom: The Ultimate Enemy is a beat 'em up similar to the NES classics you know and love. Danny can punch and kick ghosts into oblivion, but he also has some special attacks that require energy. To gain that energy, Danny must switch from superhero Danny to regular Danny. Essentially a combination of the classic TMNT games and a Ghostbusters-like concept, Danny Phantom: The Ultimate Enemy is a single-player action game for young players and fans of the show. This video review features video gameplay footage of Danny Phantom: The Ultimate Enemy for the Game Boy Advance and audio commentary from Classic Game Room's Derek.
