Flatland will never be the same. Fez breaks the 2D platformer into the third dimension, just... in two-dimension increments. Kinda like Super Paper Mario, it only invokes that 3rd dimension when it absolutely needs it, or when perception from that cardinal direction would result in illogical (and beneficial) things happening. Manipulation of this - of the very gameyness of the game - is crucial to rebuilding the Hexahedron and returning peace to the dimensions.
