Interactive. Mattel's popular Hot Wheels toys are back in video game form in Hot Wheels: World's Best Driver, released in 2013. The game includes 24 different Hot Wheels vehicles and four teams to choose from, each of which has its own unique driving style. It's a racing game that isn't a racing game, as the 70 missions forego traditional races for short driving challenges. The super-fast green team has missions based on speed, usually requiring players to beat a certain time or catch a ghost. The blue team is technical, the yellow team is powerful and the red team is outrageous, which is evidently a skill. Hot Wheels: World's Best Driver is a single-player racing game released to retail at a budget price.
