Adam’s Venture Chronicles review. Classic Game Room presents a CGR Undertow review of Adam’s Venture Chronicles on the PlayStation Network for the PlayStation 3 developed by Vertigo Games and published by Playlogic Games.

Adam’s Venture Chronicles is half adventure game and half platformer. And half religion. It’s essentially a Christian-themed version of Uncharted. It tells the story of Adam and Eve—no, different ones—as they embark on a quest to discover the Garden of Eden. Once they find it, they find more than they bargained for. Adam’s Venture Chronicles features the same kind of platforming that defines games like Tomb Raider, but it also adds lots of old-school adventure game puzzles. The game is linear in design, so you move quite briskly from one puzzle to the next, doing your best Nathan Drake impersonation along the way. Explore villages, ancient caves, historical landmarks and more in this low-budget—but surprisingly beautiful—adventure game. Adam’s Venture Chronicles is a single-player game only.

This video review features video gameplay footage of Adam’s Venture Chronicles on the PlayStation Network for the PlayStation 3 and audio commentary from Classic Game Room's Derek.
