LEGO Marvel Super Heroes review. Classic Game Room presents a CGR Undertow review of LEGO Marvel Super Heroes for the Nintendo Wii U developed by Traveller’s Tales and published by Warner Bros. Interactive.
Spider-Man, Captain America, Thor, X-Men, Black Widow, Iron Man—they’re all here, along with about a hundred other beloved Marvel icons. LEGO Marvel Super Heroes is like a Marvel encyclopedia, only an encyclopedia that happens to be made of LEGO. Nick Fury calls upon the heroes to save the planet in an original storyline featuring more Marvel heroes and villains than you could shake a comic book at. LEGO Marvel Super Heroes features the same gameplay as other LEGO titles, emphasizing combat and collection. There are shiny little LEGO studs all over the place, just begging to be collected. And in addition to the main missions, there is also a huge hub world for players to explore, creating a nice open-world break from the linear approach of the game’s primary missions. LEGO Marvel Super Heroes is available for several platforms and features both single-player and local cooperative play.
