NHL 15 video review. Classic Game Room presents a CGR Undertow review of NHL 15 for the PlayStation 3 developed and published by EA Sports.
EA’s annual hockey series finds itself in a bit of a transition in NHL 15. While current-gen systems like the PlayStation 3 and Xbox One got an all-new NHL game, last-gen systems got what is essentially just an update of NHL 14. NHL 15 is nearly identical to its predecessors on the PlayStation 3, with the same gameplay and modes from the year before. Fortunately, that also means NHL 15 is still a great game of hockey at its core, especially for those who may have skipped NHL 14. The game plays fast and smooth, perhaps EA Sports’ best work in terms of gameplay, and offers a plethora of different game modes. NHL 15 includes single-player play, as well as local and online multiplayer up to its goalie mask.
