Guided Fate Paradox - general past activities
  • 9 years ago
This is just a random hodgepodge of activities over the last month involving GFP. There are 9 segments (some may be truncated, resulting in a jump) in total. Here's what each of them is, and the significance behind them:

1. The oracle suit. Question: does it still take effect when 0 damage is received? Answer: yes! The result: my answer to dealing with the superboss. It heals 30% of your max HP with every hit you get. So, that means, if I can get at least 150 million HP, I could render the superboss harmless as I'd heal 45 million every time it hits, more healing than it can do damage if DEF is really capped at 99,999,999.

2. The paw paws. Question: does it force shop guards to drop GP? Answer: yes, but it's hardly anything worth it compared to what demon soul can do.

3. Moment of inspiration. Wanting to collect data on how much GP shop guards in intermediate martial arts give via demon soul, I went at shop guard grinding. However, after a bit into it, I had the idea... why not work on getting equipment to burst while grinding on shop guards? Intermediate isn't the best for that, beginner is much better, interestingly. Not only can I start much earlier (I just need a single enemy, literally), I only need a minimum of 37,000 HIT which is easy to get.

4. Frequent use of god mode. Normally, I very rarely use god mode as I don't really have a need for it other than speeding things up by mass erasing enemies. I just bashed shop guards, while working on getting equipment to burst. I was just fiddling around, for the most part, improving on my new method.

5. The idiot angel improperly handles and enemy and dies because of it. GFP's AI is downright horrible, to the point that the angel causes more harm than good, especially beyond floor 20 of beginner martial arts and floor 30 of intermediate and advanced. A PhD in stupidity in no joke!

6. Near death by bomb trap. The enemy did it to itself, repeatedly pressing that giant red button and losing half of the current HP. It's proof that the bomb trap doesn't cause death.

7. I form the level 6 helm. Just a key moment in progress.

8. I form the second level 6 arm. Just another key moment in progress.

9. A piece of equipment takes damage. It's actually trickster posing a piece of equipment, so the bomb trap can damage it. Normally, the bomb trap would completely destroy any items around it.
