CCTV footage captured the moment twenty-three-year-old Sebastian Reyes fell from the 17th floor of a building, crashed through a carpark roof onto a parked vehicle, and tumbled to the pavement in Rancangua, Chile. Paramedics rushed to his aid, helping him survive the fall with only a fractured pelvis and femur. Now he returns to the scene of the accident.
