Javën qe vjen do te ketë një draft paraprak te planit te ri urbanistik për Tiranen, një plan ky i shumëpritur nga biznesi i ndërtimit. Premtimi është bere nga kreu i bashkise Lulzim Basha, i cili tha se puna do te nise fillimisht me konsultime me grupet e interesit.
Me pas do te jene qytetaret ata te cilët do te mund te japin sugjerimet e tyre deri sa drafti te marre formën përfundimtare për miratim ne KRTRSH.
