Sekretari i Përgjithshëm i Internacionales Socialiste Luis Ayala deklaroi, ne diten e dyte te konferencës kombëtare per prezantimin e programit te socialisteve te Tiranës, se beteja kryesore ne vend është lufta për zgjedhje të lira.
"Doja t'ju thosha se Shqipëria ka nevojë që Partia Socialiste ta qeverise, ka nevojë për një drejtim të përgjegjshëm me institucione të shëndosha, dhe që t'i japë llogari çdo ditë qytetarëve të saj dhe t'i japë vendit një kuptim. Në Kili kishim një shprehje: Gëzimi po vjen. Ajo çfarë shoh tek ju është se shoh një PS gati për të fituar, Edi Ramën për të marrë një qeveri të gatshme, dhe gëzimin tuaj. Ju uroj fitore në zgjedhjet që vijnë." Me tej eksponentë dhe eksperte te selisë roze kane vazhduar prezantimin e shtyllave te programit politik, me te cilin do te konkurrohet ne 23 qershor. Ato jane lufta ndaj korrupsionit, çeshtjet ekonomike dhe bujqësia. Kjo është nje nga faza e fundit e prezantimit te programit politik, i konsultuar përgjatë disa muajve me anetaresine dhe grupet e interesit, gati per t'iu paraqitur qytetareve dhe per t'u kërkuar atyre votën plot 4 muaj me pas.
