UN: Aleppo residents at risk of extermination

The UN Security Council has held an emergency session on the deteriorating situation in Aleppo.

Stephen O’Brien, the UN's humanitarian chief, warned that drastic measures are needed to stop the city from becoming “one giant graveyard”.
