A day after the horrifying accident in Kolkata's Girish Park area, where an under construction flyover collapsed killing 25 people, the Kolkata Police is heading toward Hyderabad to arrest the builders. Expressing grief over the incident, chief minister Mamata Banerjee said that the responsible would not be spared.
