A 64-year-old man has died and 11 others were injured after an explosion at a chemical factory in Japan on Friday, December 1.These videos recorded by an onlooker close to the Arakawa Chemical Industries plant in the city of Fuji, Shizuoka Prefecture, show plumes of black smoke billowing from the factory after the accident. Arakawa Chemical Industries said the victims were both its employees and workers from another company, Kyodo News reported. Firefighters ordered residents living nearby to evacuate for a short time after the fire, the news site reported.
