Pak blocks Indian envoy's visit to shrine; MEA lodges strong protest at Pak HC in Delhi

After the Indian High Commissioner to Pak Ajay Bisaria was stopped from visiting Gurudwara Panja Sahib in Pakistan, a Khalistani angle has emerged. Pakistan spokesperson Mohammad Faisal says that the Indian High Commissioner was warned about opposition to his visit. He said that over 300 Indian Sikhs are visiting Pak for Raja Ranjit's death anniversary. Sikh pilgrims were protesting against maltreatment in India and release of controversial movies. Pak envoy claimed that based on these inputs the Indian envoy agreed not to visit the gurudwara.
