Supreme Court will hear the plea of Malegoan Blasts suspect Shrikant Purohit. Jailed Malegaon Blasts suspect Purohit had moved the SC, saying his detention was illegal. His petition said the anti-terrorist agency was struggling to file its final report as it has yet to decide to drop the stringent MCOCA against the accused.
