India's World Bank ranking on 'ease of business' will improve further: Arun Jaitley

India now ranks 130 out of 189 countries in the ease of doing business, moving up 12 places from last year. Last year, India had ranked 142 in the world bank report. We spoke to finance minister arun jaitley regarding this remarkable improvement and this is what he had to say.
