Those found drunk driving will face stronger punishment starting at the end of this month.
Violators with a blood alcohol content level of zero-point-03 percent or higher will have their licenses suspended,... while those found with a level of zero-point-08 percent or higher will have their licenses revoked.
Police also plan to conduct more sobriety tests in the morning.
