Bhindi kurkuri - crunchy okra

Bhindi or Lady’s finger or Okra is a great source of nutrients, it even aids in weight loss and controls blood sugar levels.It improves digestion as well. And therefore whenever I feel like munching on something crunchy and crispy, I make this Bhindi Kurkuri .
It is an easy recipe where Bhindi or Ladies Finger is coated with a gram flour, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, cumin powder and chaat masala powder.It is then fried on hot oil till they become crunchy.


Ingredients

Bhindi 400 Grams
Besan / Gram Flour 3 tbsp
Chawal Ka Atta / Rice Flour 1 tsp
Ajwain / Carom seeds⅓ tsp
Haldi Turmeric⅓ tsp
Red Chilli Powder½ tsp
Amchur / Dried Mango powder ⅓ tsp
Jeera powder / Cumin powder½ tsp
Dhania powder / Coriander powder½ tspGaram Masala¼ tsp
Oil for frying
Salt as per your taste.


Procedure
1. Cut the bhendi in four part
2. In the bowl add all dry ingredients
3. Add okra in it and dry coat it.
4. Then add water littel by little till it become thick batter and coat the bhindi .
5 . Heat oil on low mediu flame and fry in batch. Don't let it brown
6 . Rest the fried bhendii then heat the oil on high flame and add the pre fried okra in it . This process will make it crunchy and fry till golden brown and enjoy bhendi kurkuri.
