BHANDI DO PYAZA DHABA STYLE
Ingredients:
1. Lady finger – 500 gm.
2. Tomato – 1 nos. cut in dice shape
3. Tomato – 1 nos. cut in small pcs.
4. Onion – 1 nos. cut in dice shape
5. Onion – 1 nos. cut in dice shape
6. Ginger & garlic – 1 tbsp. crushed
7. Red dry chilli – 2 nos.
8. Cumin – 1 tsp.
9. Ajwain – 1 tsp.
10. Turmeric powder – 1 tsp.
11. Red chilli powder- 2 tsp.
12. Coriander powder – 2 tsp.
13. Shahi garam masala – 1 tsp.
14. Kasoori methi- 2 tsp.
15. Asafoetida – 1 pinch
16. Cooking oil – 5 tsp.
17. Salt – as per taste

1. भिंडी - 500 gm.
2. टमाटर – 1 nos ( डाइस आकार मे कटी हुई )
3. टमाटर – 1 nos ( छोटे आकार मे कटी हुई )
4. प्याज – 1 nos ( डाइस आकार मे कटी हुई )
5. प्याज – 1 nos ( छोटे आकार मे कटी हुई )
6. अदरक और लहसुन – 1 tbsp ( कुटा हुआ )
7. सूखी लाल मिर्च – 2 nos
8. जीरा – 1 tsp
9. अजवाइन – 1 tsp
10. हल्दी पाउडर – 1 tsp
11. लाल मिर्च पाउडर – 2 tsp
12. धनिया पाउडर – 2 tsp
13. शाही गरम मसाला – 1 tsp
14. कसूरी मेथी – 2 tsp
15. हींग – 1 पिंच
16. तेल – 5 tsp
17. नमक - स्वादानुसार
