Flying Chair Smashes Windshield of Vermont Police Vehicle

This dashcam footage shows the moment a patio chair came flying out of the trunk of a pickup trunk, smashing into the windshield of a Vermont State Police cruiser. No one was injured, but the truck's driver was issued a ticket for driving with 'an unsecured load.'
