Half way done with Beachbody Workout INSANITY THE ASYLUM!

Day 15 marks the half way point of the 30 days of Beachbody workout called INSANITY THE ASYLUM! Altho this program is extremely challenging, it is also very fun! Shawn T really knows how to keep the motivation high and keep ya pushing harder! I'm seeing some amaizing results in my core area and my arms! I'm also seeing myself doing pushups!! altho not exactly a perfect pushup yet BUT way closer to a perfect one then i had EVER imagined in my entire life! AND FROM MY TOES!!! not my knees!! HIGH FIVE!!!! I am definitly earning my recovery drink now!!!! WOOOOHOOOOO
