CGRundertow FINAL FANTASY II for PlayStation Video Game Review

Final Fantasy II Review. Classic Game Room presents a CGRundertow video game review of Final Fantasy II, a classic RPG developed and published in 1988 by Square for the Famicom, remade for the PlayStations as part of Final Fantasy Origins. Final? FINAL? Hah, yah right. It's not that easy. This successor to the Final Fantasy title never made it to the Western world before the Origins collection, despite what that one game for the SNES would tell you (It's actually Final Fantasy IV in disguise! Don't trust it!) With a strange method of character development, a great "password" mechanic, and some characters that don't really get much play outside of Dissidia, it's one of the black sheep of the Final Fantasy world. Out there with Mystic Quest and XI and those Game Boy games (that were really just SaGa games in disguise). This CGRundertow video game review features video gameplay footage of Final Fantasy II for the PlayStation and audio commentary from Classic Game Room's TJ.
