Derek has a strange adoration for the Bee Suit from Super Mario Galaxy and has often proclaimed it to be his favorite Mario power up. So when he saw this collectible in a toy store window, he had no choice but to buy it. This figurine depicts Mario wearing his Bee Suit power up, which Derek argues is his most adorable power up, and also includes the Bee Mushroom itself. The figure isn't as well made as some of the other Mario toys on the market, but because it's the Bee Suit, Derek overlooks this.
