Nicktoons MLB 3D review. Classic Game Room presents a CGRundertow review of Nicktoons MLB 3D from Black Lantern Studios and 2K Play for the Nintendo 3DS. Like its home console versions, Nicktoons MLB 3D is an arcade baseball game with actual big league players and cartoon characters from the cable network Nickelodeon. Unlike its home console versions, on the other hand, this one is awful. Nicktoons MLB 3D is one of the ugliest 3DS games we've played to date, and it doesn't play very well, either. Everything is slow and unresponsive, and the game runs poorly. Derek had no problem scoring, but that's because Nicktoons MLB is an obscenely easy game. In fact, he should've scored more, but the game sucks. And frankly, he didn't care.
