CGRundertow NINTENDO WORLD CUP for NES Video Game Review
  • 12 years ago
Nintendo World Cup review. Classic Game Room presents a CGRundertow video game review of Nintendo World Cup, a needlessly violent four-player Soccer game developed by Technos Japan and published in 1990 by Nintendo for the NES. It's true, Soccer isn't that big in the states. Y'know what it needs? BARF! The gang from River City Ransom (or the Kunio-kun series, if you know what it's actually called) take to the pitch for some arcade soccer action, with just a hint of brutality. Most games would, y'know, give out cards or whatever for the kind of eye-bugging, slobberknocking beatdowns that are commonplace in this slugfest. But cards are for pansies. This CGRundertow video game review features video gameplay footage of Nintendo World Cup for the NES and audio commentary from Classic Game Room's TJ.
