Classic Game Room reviews the SEGA SATURN 3D CONTROL PAD which comes with the Nights into Dreams package. The 3D Control Pad for Sega Saturn has both a d-pad and analog stick (as well as a switch to switch between the two). This precursor to the Sega Dreamcast controller has triggers and 6 buttons and feels nearly identical to the Dreamcast controller which was released a few years after. While all Saturn games (tested by CGR) work with the controller and d-pad, not all use the analog stick and triggers. Some games like Nights into Dreams do and work really well.
